A local mini chain of taquerias is expanding with a new location.

According to a post within the Friends of Boston’s Hidden Restaurants Facebook page, Anna’s Taqueria is “coming soon” to 4 Cummings Park Dr in Woburn, taking over the former B.GOOD space.

Founded in 1995, the original Anna’s opened in Brookline and has since grown to include seven locations in Cambridge’s Porter Square, Somerville’s Davis Square, Beacon Hill, Newton Highlands, Prudential Center, and Longwood.

In addition to its variety of tacos, Anna’s serves burritos, quesadillas, bowls, and other Mexican-inspired fare.

A representative for Streetlight Ventures, the parent company for Anna’s, told What Now Boston that the new restaurant is scheduled to open in the third or fourth week of September, with a grand opening event planned for early October.

The representative also hinted at further expansion, saying, “While we can’t share specifics at this time, we do have plans for other locations… Anna’s fans should be on the lookout for those.”
