Located at 363 Great Road in Bedford, Minuteman Diner has been a local staple for more than five years but will soon close its doors. In a recent Instagram post, its owner Diane Cohen confirmed that the diner will serve its last meal on July 30.
Cohen said the decision to close comes as she prepares to retire. She thanked customers for their support and encouraged them to stop by one last time. She also reminded diners to use any remaining gift cards before the closure.
