It looks like a Brooklyn-based coffee chain is opening another Boston location.

Recent city permits indicate that Blank Street Coffee is planning a new site at 120 Causeway St, nestled inside The Hub on Causeway in Boston’s West End. Once open, the new cafe will join five other Greater Boston locations.

According to the permits, the space is set to undergo an interior fit-out, incorporating new architectural elements that integrate with existing electrical, mechanical, plumbing, fire sprinkler, and fire alarm systems.

Founded in 2020 by Vinay Menda and Issam Freiha, Blank Street Coffee has quickly grown to over 70 locations in New York, Boston, Washington D.C., London, and Manchester. The cafe is renowned for its specialty coffees, classic all-day breakfast offerings, and freshly baked goods.

What Now Boston has reached out to Blank Street Coffee representatives for additional details about the Causeway St location and will update this page as more information becomes available.
