ButterBird to Open at Watertown’s Arsenal Yards

According to the Arsenal Yards directory page, chef Jason Santos’ newest concept Butterbird is coming soon to the Watertown development.

Santos is an established celebrity chef and restaurateur who leads the New Orleans–influenced eatery Buttermilk & Bourbon, Back Bay’s coastal Mexican joint Citrus & Salt, and Nash Bar & Stage in Boston’s theater district.

ButterBird will be open for breakfast, lunch and dinner with menus featuring craveable breakfast sandwiches served atop Santos’ renowned biscuits, breakfast burritos, fried chicken sandwiches, seasoned fries and salads, as well as a selection of savory grab-and-go items and desserts.
