A new restaurant dubbed C Street Bistro is set to arrive in the South Boston Waterfront area as part of the C Street Hotel project, located at 330 C Street, Boston MA 02127. The establishment has officially applied for an Innholder All-Alcohol Beverages License for the entire property’s vicinity including the eatery that is confirmed to be opening on the street level.
The C Street Hotel is currently being developed by Rise Construction + Development alongside architect Group One Partners and City Group Realty. The project consists of the construction of a six-story, 72-room boutique hotel with approximately 2,300 square feet of restaurant and retail spaces, an outdoor terrace, fitness space and other amenities for guests.
Neighboring hot spots to the upcoming hotel and restaurant include Bar Volpe, Amrheins, Moonshine 152 and Publico Street Bistro & Garden.
What Now Boston has reached out to C Street Bistro’s current listed manager, Brian Anderson and Rise Construction + Development Principal Jim Grossmann for official comment on the project’s current opening timeline.
