A new grab-and-go spot focused on fresh, feel-good drinks is squeezing its way into West Roxbury.

Centre Squeeze is coming to 1785 Centre St, according to the business’s Instagram page. Owner Yianni Gerasimidis, a graduate of the Cambridge School of Culinary Arts, confirmed the upcoming opening with What Now Boston.

Designed as a takeout-forward neighborhood stop, Centre Squeeze will serve an expansive menu of health-minded beverages and bowls. Offerings include fresh-pressed juices, smoothies, superfruit bowls, flavored lemonades, infused waters, and infused teas, along with a full coffee and espresso program.

Coffee lovers can expect flavored cold brew, hot and iced specialty espresso drinks, and both hot and cold matcha beverages. Many drinks will be available as house specialties, with options to customize using add-ins like superfoods, protein boosts, and flavor enhancements.

One standout menu item is the Freddo Espresso, a classic Greek iced coffee drink. The beverage is made by vigorously shaking a double shot of hot espresso with ice until it becomes thick and frothy, then pouring it over fresh ice—a creamy, refreshing option that nods to Gerasimidis’s Greek roots.

While an official opening date has not yet been announced, Gerasimidis said Centre Squeeze plans to operate daily from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. For grand opening updates and menu previews, be sure to follow @centresqueeze on Instagram.
