Bubbles are rising in Boston’s Back Bay.
Celebrity chef and restaurateur Tiffani Faison is bringing a second location of her playful wine and champagne bar, Bubble Bath, to the rooftop of the CitizenM Hotel at 408 Newbury St, according to Boston Restaurant Talk.
Slated to open in mid-July 2025, the new outpost will overlook the Charles River, offering upscale light bites like gourmet hot dogs, popcorn, and caviar alongside its luxe libations and “wine-forward” drink menu.
The original Bubble Bath opened inside High Street Place in March 2022 and quickly gained a following for its inventive take on indulgence, with seasoned sommeliers and cheeky touches like a champagne vending machine.
Big Heart Hospitality, Faison’s Boston-based restaurant group, is currently hiring food runners and servers to join the Bubble Bath Back Bay team. Once open, the bar will join a growing lineup of BHH concepts across the city, including Tenderoni’s Pizza, Dive Bar, Fool’s Errand, and Sweet Cheeks Q.
