Chef William Fogarty is putting the final touches on opening his newest farm-to-table venture, Kitchen Table.

The former owner and chef of Salem’s acclaimed Scratch Kitchen (now closed) is no stranger to the Massachusetts food scene and is using his 25-plus years of experience in the industry to tell a different story through his cuisine in Beverly.

The new restaurant’s menu has been teased as “American comfort food” with seasonal twists, placing simplicity at the forefront and showcasing classic flavors the way they’re meant to be enjoyed.

Kitchen Table is currently in the staffing and recruitment process, with its website advertising the restaurant as “Coming soon!” Details are still emerging, and What Now Boston has reached out for comment and confirmation about an official opening date. An interview is pending.
