The manager for this upcoming restaurant is Kerry Santry, who also manages The Bowery Bar in Lower Mills. Additionally, Julian Bolger, the registered agent of the LLC behind Chubbs, looks to be spearheading this venture. As president of Maverick Hospitality LLC, Bolger is responsible for offering the best American fare in Boston through establishments including Sam Walker’s, The Bowery, and Lucy’s American Tavern.
