Co-founded by Edson Coimbra and Chef Marvin Posada, this acclaimed Italian eatery will soon open its second location in Ball Square at 688 Broadway. Established in 2015, Coimbra and Posada founded Ciao! with a mission to spread their passion for hospitality and handcrafted cuisine while also addressing the growing needs of an “underserved community.” The overwhelming response from the local Chelsea community and the broader Greater Boston Area far exceeded their expectations, with many locals claiming Ciao! pizza is the best they’ve ever tasted.
The diverse Ciao! menu boasts an array of pizzas, pastas, paninis, salads, and sweets, including favorites like the Americana Pizza, Spaghetti Scampi, and Nutella Pizza. Patrons eagerly anticipating the Somerville location can look forward to similar exceptional offerings.
