An Andover-born breakfast and brunch favorite is expanding just northwest of Boston.
Crack’d Kitchen & Coffee has announced plans to open its fifth location at 10 Fourth Avenue in Burlington. “NEW LOCATION HATCHING IN 2026
” the chain shared on Instagram. “We are eggcited to announce that Crack’d will be coming to Burlington, Ma!”
Founded in 2019 by partners Alan Frati and Danny Azzarello, Crack’d has steadily grown from its original Andover outpost into a multi-state operation. Today, the brand operates two Massachusetts locations in Andover and Peabody, along with two out-of-state spots in Salem, New Hampshire, and Plantation Walk, Florida.
After pausing expansion during the pandemic to refine systems, menu offerings, and operational flow, the team resumed growth and eventually turned its attention back to Greater Boston. Burlington stood out for its vibrant mix of offices, hotels, residences, and daytime activity.
“We really wanted to identify a market that we haven’t been before,” Azzarello told What Now Boston. “The volume of regional presence—the offices, hotels, the daytime influx—you really see that in Burlington.”
The new outpost will span roughly 2,500 square feet and be located at the corner of Middlesex Turnpike and Fourth Avenue, developed in partnership with Nordblom Company and Life Time Ventures. Located just outside the Life Time fitness center and residences, the space will accommodate more than 70 guests, including patio seating, and features a fully redesigned interior with updated colors, furniture, tile, and wall art.
The casual eatery will serve its familiar lineup of comforting breakfast and lunch favorites—think egg sandwiches, breakfast bowls, grain bowls, chicken tenders, smoothies, milkshakes, and espresso drinks—while also introducing weekday dinner service. The Burlington location will be open seven days a week, with dinner offered Monday through Friday to serve nearby offices, residents, and the adjacent fitness center.
Crack’d Kitchen & Coffee is currently targeting a late February or early March 2026 opening. For the latest updates, be sure to follow @crackdkitchen on social media.
