A Brookline-based cupcakery is relocating to Boston’s North End.

Cupcake Therapy is moving from 15 Marion St in Brookline to 117 Atlantic Ave, where the Rose Kennedy Greenway meets Columbus Park.

“Exciting news,” co-founder and CEO Shironda White shared in a Facebook update. “Cupcake Therapy is coming to the North End/Waterfront!”

Known for its made-to-order, allergy-friendly offerings—free of peanuts, tree nuts, coconuts, and sesame—Cupcake Therapy’s menu features a wide variety of sweet treats. Customers can look forward to both cupcakes and full-sized cakes, with flavors ranging from classic chocolate and vanilla to birthday cake and strawberries and cream.

White told What Now Boston that the new bakery will have plenty of regular, vegan, gluten-free, egg-free, sugar-free, and soy-free options. “We’re working on the menu now and getting really excited,” she said.

The new North End location is slated to debut in late May 2025. The establishment will operate as a bakery from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. and transform into a dessert café in the evenings from 5 to 11 p.m.

In the meantime, those looking for a sweet fix can indulge in Cupcake Therapy’s sweets by ordering them online.
