A family- and majority female-owned Danvers nanobrewery will soon open a second site in Revere.

According to the Boston Real Estate Times, The HYM Investment Group (HYM) and National Real Estate Advisors, LLC (National) recently announced that Twisted Fate Brewing will launch a new location at Amaya, the first residential building at Suffolk Downs.

Founded in April 2022, Twisted Fate is co-owned by brother-sister duo David Pinette and Kim McNamara, along with their spouses Erica Tritta and Bill McNamara. Kim and Erica together hold a majority interest in the company.

Expressing the team’s excitement for the expansion ahead, Erica said, “We are thrilled to open our second location in this dynamic neighborhood, within the brand-new Amaya building. Our families can’t wait to welcome everyone in Revere.”

The new brewery will occupy the ground floor of Amaya at 64-72 Salt Street and will offer a range of craft brews, including New England IPAs, year-round stouts, and more. It will also feature a food menu.

Twisted Fate Brewing is the first retail tenant at Amaya, which welcomed its initial wave of residents in June. The Suffolk Downs location is slated to open in Spring 2025.
