A beloved neighborhood pub that closed for renovations in the summer of 2023 is gearing up for its grand return.

According to a job posting on Craigslist, Brodie’s Pub in Peabody is currently hiring for all positions at its 10 Lowell St location.

“We are excited to announce the re-opening of our restaurant and are actively seeking enthusiastic individuals to fill ALL positions,” the job listing reads. “Whether you have experience in front-of-house or back-of-house roles, we want you to join our team.”

Brodie’s has been a Peabody staple for more than 40 years. Celebrated for its comforting menu of burgers, salads, sandwiches, and hearty dinners, the pub also offers an extensive selection of craft cocktails, bourbons, and whiskeys.

According to an earlier report from Salem News, renovations on the four-story building include modern updates and an entertainment license allowing Brodie’s to host acoustic live music, karaoke, comedy shows, and trivia nights. These events will be limited to the second floor.

Although owner Michael Votto was unavailable for comment, a representative for the establishment told What Now Boston that the reopening date is still to be determined, promising to share updates as soon as possible.

For those interested in joining the team, Brodie’s will hold a two-day job fair at its Lowell St location on January 5th and 6th from 3 to 7 p.m.
