Demetri Tsolakis and Stefanos Ougrinis are expanding their fresh Greek influence with Greco Truly Greek landing at the Burlington Mall. The coming soon spot will be Greco’s fifth storefront in the Boston area, joining existing locations in Back Bay, downtown, Seaport and Hub Hall at TD Garden.
According to its website, “Greco is the neighborhood we grew up in, the stories we heard while growing up, the people we loved. Greco is a trip and we travel along with it. And in that trip we carry our recipes and share all the smells and tastes of home.”
Greco blends quality and convenience and takes street fare to a whole new level. The bountiful menu includes classic Greek dishes like gyros, pitas, homemade sauces, soups, fresh salad, and Greek doughnuts.
Greco is slated to be in the Northwest corner of the Burlington Mall according to the information available on the shopping center’s website. The 2,400 square foot indoor space will accommodate seating for 54, in addition to a 625 square foot seasonal patio which will accommodate seating for 34.
