One of Boston’s most prolific restaurant groups is setting its sights on the Seaport.
Himmel Hospitality Group—the team behind Boston’s Grill 23 & Bar, Bistro du Midi, and The Banks Seafood and Steak, as well as Cambridge’s Harvest—plans to open two new concepts in Boston’s Seaport District in the spring of 2027, the group announced Wednesday on Instagram.
Leading the charge is Le Boulevard, a Parisian-inspired restaurant headed to 10 Fan Pier Blvd. Designed for everything from leisurely lunches to lively dinners, the expansive space will accommodate up to 250 guests across its dining room, bar, and patio areas.

Next door at 11 Fan Pier Blvd, Bar 23 will offer a more intimate, 75-seat experience. Inspired by its sister restaurant, Grill 23 & Bar, the new concept promises a familiar ambiance with a distinct personality all its own.
“None of this happens without the partners who believed in this vision alongside us, and we are deeply grateful for every one of them,” said Himmel Hospitality Group President Chris Himmel and chef-partner Robert Sisca in a joint statement. “There’s so much more to share. See you soon, Seaport.”
When they debut next year, Le Boulevard and Bar 23 will join a growing lineup of upscale tenants in the neighborhood. Maple & Ash is set to debut April 30, while London’s famed Hawksmoor is preparing to land nearby in Fort Point this fall.
