Lauren and Billy Moran, the dynamic duo behind Honeycomb Bakery & Cafe, are embarking on an exciting new venture that promises to dim the lights and amplify the music. Come January 2024, the couple will unveil Enchante, a captivating natural wine bar nestled inside Honeycomb at 248 Bay Road in South Hamilton. The bar will be open on Friday and Saturday evenings from five to nine pm, providing an after-hours haven that complements the lively daytime energy of Honeycomb.

Enchante will emanate a light and casual atmosphere, drawing inspiration from the charming ambiance of European cafes. Imagine hearty chunks of bread, wine refills handled with care, and small plates delivered directly to your table. Stemless glassware, votive candles, and an abundance of natural materials such as wood and silver will contribute to the overall aesthetic.

Jason Hanelt, a classically trained French chef, will lead the culinary charge, while Chef and owner Lauren Moran will serve as the friendly face ready to help you choose the perfect wine. Prepare to sip, savor, and be enchanted as the story of Enchante unfolds in the heart of Hamilton, where every moment welcomes you with delight.
