Just Salad will soon open in the Downtown area, located at 185 Franklin Street, according to a recent permit filing.
A representative of Just Salad did not immediately respond to What Now Boston’s request for comment.
While an official opening date has yet to be confirmed, Just Salad offers a dynamic space that combines a vibrant dining room, customer order area, and service line on its first floor. There will also be a dedicated back room kitchen, dry storage room, utility room, and two public restrooms. Operating from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, Just Salad invites individuals to enjoy their meals with purpose.
