A new Dave’s Hot Chicken eatery is set to open in Medford, adding to the chain’s growing presence in the Greater Boston area.
This announcement comes from a post on the Friends of Boston’s Hidden Restaurants Facebook group page, and according to Boston Restaurant Talk, the new fast-casual hot chicken chain will occupy a former Boston Market location at 616 Fellsway in the Wellington Circle Plaza.
In 2021, franchisee and President of BGR Hospitality Jamal Bourote signed a multi-franchise agreement with Halal Guys franchisee Imran Asghar. The forthcoming Medford location will join existing Dave’s Hot Chicken outlets in Boston’s Theatre District, Dorchester’s South Bay, Braintree, Chelmsford, Framingham, Newton, Saugus, and Woburn.
An opening date for the new Dave’s Hot Chicken has not yet been announced, so keep an eye out for more details as this expansion unfolds.
