Earls Kitchen + Bar to Debut in Seaport Boulevard

Earls Kitchen + Bar announced its third Boston location, scheduled for an early 2027 opening. The business already has 10 locations operating across the United States. Earls Seaport will open in early 2027 at Commonwealth Pier, a vibrant waterfront destination in Boston’s Seaport District.

The brand’s existing Boston locations, at Assembly Row and the Prudential Center, have remained popular with both locals and visitors. The first opening was at Assembly Row in 2014. Earls went on to open its second Boston location in 2017 at the Shops at the Prudential Center in the Back Bay.

Earls offers a globally inspired menu within a modern, upscale-casual setting. The modern American menu is influenced by global and local flavors. Earls Seaport will also enjoy close proximity to the future 10 World Trade.

Inviting Atmosphere Through Inspired Design

Earls Seaport will open its doors to an expansive three-season enclosed patio. The venue will also accommodate an al fresco dining space, which will remain open during the summer months.

The restaurant takes its inspiration from the history of Boston.

The space blends traditional elements with contemporary design features. Like other Earls locations, the Seaport space will feature a fully stocked central bar.

The lively bar will anchor the center of the restaurant, offering a social focal point. Walls will be paneled in deep ivy green, adding richness to the interior palette. The establishment will honor local artists by adorning the walls with their commissioned creations.

The upholstery features rich jewel-toned fabrics, complemented by mosaic tiled floors that add depth and warmth.

Guest Experience

The family-owned brand is focused on creating engaging guest experiences across all locations. While the brand’s values remain consistent, each location features interior design tailored to its local community.

The company is currently expanding, with recent openings in Florida and more on the way. Two locations recently opened in Florida, while two more are expected to launch soon in Waikiki and Nashville.

Mark Hladik, president of Earls Kitchen + Bar, said, “The Seaport District is such an electric waterfront neighborhood and destination, one that matches the energy of the Earls brand.”

Kristan McLaughlin, Director of Asset Management at Pembroke, added, “Earls will add vibrancy to Commonwealth Pier and advance our vision to create a place for people to elevate the everyday, whether they’re wrapping up the workday, meeting friends, or exploring the Seaport.”

Earls operates 70 locations across the U.S. and Canada, known for its stylish atmosphere and guest-focused service. The contemporary dining experience is recognized for its expert cocktails and fine dishes prepared with the best ingredients.
