Esteemed chef Bryan Babeu is on the verge of realizing a culinary dream with the opening of Northeast Smokehouse, his first brick-and-mortar restaurant located at 306 Boston Rd in North Billerica. What began as a humble food truck venture with catering services in 2022 has now blossomed into a cherished eatery, prompting this exciting expansion. Chef Babeu hopes to welcome guests in early 2024.

At Northeast Smokehouse, patrons can look forward to a menu reminiscent of the popular food truck offerings. Choices abound, featuring Black Angus beef brisket, succulent pulled pork, pork belly burnt ends, and a variety of homemade sides including the “soon-to-be-famous” pasta salad, mac and cheese, pit beans, and more.

While Chef Babeu has no immediate plans for further expansion, he did share an intriguing possibility on the horizon—a potential line of BBQ bottle sauces and rubs. As Northeast Smokehouse transforms into a brick-and-mortar hotspot, Chef Babeu’s creativity and passion continue to shape the future of this thriving establishment.
