NY Bagel Factory is gearing up to launch its third location this winter at 839 Washington St in Newtonville. Although the specific opening date is yet to be finalized, owners Stephen Ashkinos and Randal Noller are aiming for a February 2024 debut.
The dynamic duo plans to maintain consistency by offering the same beloved menu items and styles found at their existing NY Bagel Factory locations in Framingham and Southborough. Favorites like the Turkey Cuban and the Uncle Jerry—featuring a delectable combination of eggs, bacon, sausage, and ham—will be showcased at the Newtonville spot.
Additionally, the owners are excited to introduce a selection of pre-made sandwiches and salads, catering to the busy schedules of nearby workers who can conveniently grab a quick and delicious meal on the go.
