A new QDOBA Mexican Eats outpost is making its way to Burlington.

According to a report from the Daily Times Chronicle, the fast-casual chain will take over the former Eastern Bank location at 43 Middlesex Turnpike, nestled next to Five Guys in the Middlesex Commons shopping center. The 3,068-square-foot space offers high visibility and easy access, making it a key spot for QDOBA as it continues expanding in the region.

Founded in Denver in 1995, QDOBA has grown to more than 785 locations across the U.S., Canada, and Puerto Rico. The eatery is known for its freshly made Mexican-style fare, including customizable burritos, bowls, and tacos.

A representative for the brand told What Now Boston that QDOBA is currently slated to welcome guests to its Burlington location in early spring 2026.

This will be the company’s third corporate opening in the Boston market within 18 months, as they continue to aggressively pursue high-quality real estate opportunities throughout Greater Boston and the surrounding region.
