At the end of 2024, What Now Boston reported that a New York City sports bar was planning a Boston expansion, though the exact address had not yet been revealed. That detail has now emerged.
Rocco’s Sports & Recreation will open at 70 Pier 4 Blvd in the Seaport District, according to an abutters meeting page (via Boston Restaurant Talk). The establishment will share a building with Borrachito Taqueria & Spirits, a sister eatery also run by The Garret Group.
At Rocco’s, patrons can expect a menu similar to the original NoHo location, with options like nachos, fried pickles, chicken tenders, and smash burgers, as well as beer, wine, and cocktails.
While The Garret Group has not yet responded to What Now Boston’s requests for comment, an earlier Instagram post by @foodiehermanas indicates that Rocco’s will debut sometime in early 2025, with the bar staying open until 2 a.m.
