An iconic Connecticut pizzeria is expanding in the South Shore.

Sally’s Apizza is planning to open a new Massachusetts location in Weymouth, according to Boston Restaurant Talk. While an exact address has not yet been disclosed, the forthcoming restaurant appears on Sally’s website as part of the brand’s slate of “2026 construction starts,” alongside a previously announced Concord location and a Seaport District outpost that is currently under construction.

The chain specializes in New Haven-style apizza, featuring a coal-fired, thin crust with crisp edges and a chewy bite. The menu includes classic and creative pies like the Potato & Rosemary and Garden Special, along with handheld sandwiches and sides like garlic bread, fried calamari, and Italian wings.

Founded in 1938 by Salvatore “Sally” Consiglio, Sally’s has expanded from its original New Haven pizzeria to multiple locations across Connecticut and Massachusetts. The eatery launched in the Boston area with a Woburn opening in 2023, followed by a Dorchester debut in September 2025.

A company representative told What Now Boston that additional details about the Weymouth location could be available early next week, so stay tuned for updates.
