According to a recent article from Boston Restaurant Talk, Sally’s Apizza will be aiming to open in the Seaport area sometime in 2024.

A representative of Sally’s Apizza did not immediately respond to What Now Boston’s request for comment.

While an official location and opening date have yet to be confirmed, Boston Restaurant Talk’s article stated it is set to become the second location in the Greater Boston area, closely following the anticipated opening at Woburn Village earlier this year. Alongside the original restaurant in New Haven, this new addition will join the ranks of existing branches in Fairfield and Stamford.

The pizzeria with its roots dating back to 1938 in New Haven, CT, has a focus on an elevated bar and restaurant experience. Sally’s will bring its New Haven-style pizza, delectable Italian entrees, tantalizing pasta, fresh salads, a full bar featuring craft cocktails, and much more. In a nod to tradition, the pictures of Sal and Flo still hang, ever so charmingly, crooked.

Carrying forth the founder’s vision, Sally’s Apizza continues to hand-craft authentic New Haven pizza, baking it to perfection in custom-designed ovens, while keeping the original recipes alive. Their distinctive tomato sauce and signature chewy, crispy crust, are lightly touched by the oven’s char.

In the heart of Sally’s Apizza lies a philosophy that treats every customer like family. With utmost care, each dish is meticulously prepared to excite the palate and provide that wow factor with every bite. The team at Sally’s delights in witnessing the joy on their patrons’ faces as they savor the flavorful creations that have become synonymous with Sally’s experience, according to the company website.
