Seamark Seafood & Cocktails is making its way to Everett in Encore Boston Harbor, the region’s leading luxury hotel and casino. The upscale seafood establishment is owned by Carver Road Hospitality, a lifestyle investor responsible for a variety of hospitality venues in Las Vegas and beyond.

For CEO Sean Christie, this development is a deeply personal venture. As a Boston native, he has a strong connection to the area’s seafood culture, and he’s committed to ensuring its continued success.

Located at 1 Broadway, the restaurant’s menu “will boast a bounty of elevated New England favorites, featuring the freshest pier-to-plate cold-water fish, lobster, and shellfish available.” The establishment aims to harmoniously blend “tradition with innovation,” resulting in a distinctive and sophisticated menu within a timeless atmosphere.

Designed by the acclaimed architecture and design firm Rockwell Group, Seamark will feature a main dining room, an alcove dining section, a private dining space, an outdoor terrace, and a corridor terrace, providing a combined seating capacity of 224. There will also be a speakeasy-style, intimate cocktail bar and lounge called Old Wives’ Tale, tucked away behind a wall within the restaurant. Here, spirits enthusiasts can embark on a journey to “explore ports of call around the globe.”

With an opening date scheduled for April 2024, the restaurant is sure to generate considerable excitement among seafood connoisseurs in search of an exceptional dining experience.
