Sip of Joy Cafe and Bakery will soon open in the Shawmut area at 661 Tremont St, confirmed by the owner Matt Sari.
“Depending on the remainder of the process, our goal is to be able to open in July,” Sari told What Now Boston, “At Sip of Joy Cafe and Bakery, the focus is not only on delivering outstanding flavors but also on supporting local vendors who share the same values. The restaurant will proudly showcase products sourced from nearby suppliers who produce the highest quality goods, all made from scratch and using sustainable ingredients. Sip of Joy firmly stands against the use of genetically modified organisms (GMOs), prioritizes ethical and sustainable sourcing practices, and thoroughly examines everything from ingredients to quality claims to ensure the utmost integrity in every dish.”
