After more than a year of anticipation, a London-born “crazy golf” brand has officially set an opening date for its Boston debut.

According to a press release, Swingers Back Bay will open on Friday, February 27 at 777 Boylston St, bringing indoor mini golf, arcade games, and more to the heart of the city.

Adding to the excitement, cult-favorite Emmy Squared Pizza has been announced as the venue’s official food partner. Celebrated for its frico-crusted pizzas, award-winning burgers, and indulgent comfort fare, the Brooklyn-born brand will pair standout food with “playful competition, craft cocktails, and an electric atmosphere.”

Emmy Squared’s signature pies combine the best of a New York-style grandma pizza with the structure of a Detroit-style pie, resulting in fluffy, focaccia-like crusts topped with premium ingredients and the brand’s hallmark caramelized cheese edge, known as frico crust. Guests will be able to enjoy the full Emmy Squared menu throughout the venue, whether fueling up before tee-off or winding down after a round of games.

The new location will debut with a dedicated lineup of Boston-inspired drinks created exclusively for the Back Bay. Highlights include the Buzzards Bay Mule, a crisp, apple brandy mule with cranberry notes; the Masshole-in-One, a bold tequila cocktail balancing hibiscus, hot honey, and citrus; and the Storm in a Tee Cup, an Earl Gray tea-infused rum blend layered with citrus and warming liqueurs.

Spanning more than 21,000 square feet across two floors, Swingers Back Bay will feature two elaborately designed crazy golf courses, multiple bars, semi-private event spaces, and a Belle Époque-inspired retro arcade packed with classic games like Roll-A-Ball, Skee-Ball, and Down the Clown. Upbeat music and a high-energy atmosphere are designed to keep the competition—and the cocktails—flowing all night.

“We’re excited for our continued partnership with Swingers as we bring Emmy Squared Pizza to Boston,” said Howard Greenstone, CEO at Emmy Squared Pizza. “This marks an important new chapter for both of our brands. Boston is a city that values great food, personality, and memorable experiences, and our shared commitment to hospitality and creativity makes this partnership a natural fit as we enter a new market together.”
