The Claddagh Pub served its last pint and bid farewell to its original location at 399 Canal St in Lawrence on December 23, 2023, after 25 years of service. Due to conflicts with the landlord, the beloved Irish pub and restaurant is currently on the lookout for a new space to set up shop in Merrimack Valley, although a specific location has not yet been finalized.

In a heartfelt announcement, owners Brian and Karen Farrell expressed gratitude, stating, “Thank you to everyone who has supported the Claddagh Pub all these years! We have so many wonderful memories!!! We look forward to serving you in our new location…. Stay tuned…. To be determined.”

Known for its diverse beer and liquor offerings, The Claddagh Pub’s food menu delights with Irish-inspired classics—Guinness Beef Stew, Onion Soup, Crabmeat Stuffed Haddock, and more—alongside American favorites like wings and chicken tenders. But the pub is more than just a dining and drinking destination; it’s an entertainment hub, featuring music, sports, pool, darts, arcade, and live performances.
