A Nashville, Tennessee-born dessert sensation is heading north.

The Peach Cobbler Factory will soon open its first New England location at 77 Summer St in Boston’s Downtown Crossing, reports Boston Restaurant Talk. Nashville natives and husband-and-wife franchisees Walter and Victoria Greer shared their excitement in a recent social media post:

We made the drive from Newton to our future home at 77 Summer St-and y’all, the framers 👷🏾‍♂️ have been WORKING. The bones of this store are everything we dreamed of. Our family walked EVERY inch of that space today and we could already picture it: the smell of fresh cobbler, the sounds of happy guests, the Peach Cobbler Factory vibe Boston deserves. One word for what’s coming: CHOICES! Stay locked 🔒 in—opening very soon 👏🏾🥳

Founded in 2013 as a Nashville food truck by Juan and Tammy Edgerton, The Peach Cobbler Factory built a devoted following before transitioning to a franchise model in 2021. Today, the brand boasts more than 100 brick-and-mortar locations nationwide, as well as a fleet of mobile food trucks.

“As native Southerners from Nashville, we wanted to share a little bit of home with our new community [and open] the first East Coast location in Downtown Boston,” The Greers told What Now Boston. The upcoming 1,632-square-foot space will feature a cozy dine-in area alongside a commercial baking kitchen, with delivery, carryout, and catering also available.

In addition to its signature peach cobbler served with creamy vanilla ice cream, the eatery offers an irresistible array of homestyle sweets. Boston dessert lovers can look forward to roughly 90 options, from churros, cookies, and ice cream to puddings, teas, and milkshakes. The couple also plans to introduce a selection of summer-specific items in the coming months.

“Our menu will include 12 cobblers, 12 puddings, bigger and better cookies with multiple toppings, cinnamon rolls, churros—just to name a few—along with our signature southern Peachy Tea,” said the Greers. “Our menu is expansive and has something for everyone.”

Originally aiming for a December 2025 debut, the opening was delayed by construction and permitting timelines. Now, the Greers are targeting a May 2026 launch and say an official grand opening date will be announced very soon. Be sure to follow @pcfboston for the latest.
