Woodfield Development has completed the development of Merritt Apartments, a 354-unit multifamily community in Huntersville, North Carolina. Located in a growing suburb north of Charlotte, the project is an expansion of the company’s presence in the Charlotte metro area.
Merritt Apartments Sees Early Leasing Demand in Huntersville
Early leasing at Merritt Apartments shows strong demand for multifamily housing across the Charlotte metro area, with units available starting in late December.
“Huntersville continues to attract residents seeking access to employment centers, outdoor amenities, and established neighborhoods,” said Chad Hagler, partner at Woodfield Development.
“Merritt was designed to meet that demand with a community that prioritizes livability, thoughtful design, and long-term value,” Hagler added.
Merritt Apartments marks Woodfield’s 38th development in North Carolina. The Charleston-based company has delivered more than 11,300 apartment homes over the past 20 years. It totals over $2.7 billion in development across the state.
