7 Brew will be adding a location in Concord, according to permit filings. Building permits indicate plans for a 510-square-foot standalone coffee shop at 1275 Concord Pkwy. It will operate as a drive-thru.
The coffee brand has been expanding across the state. In November, investment group WJ Partners announced a franchise partnership with 7 Brew, aiming to open 100 locations across the Carolinas and Georgia. What Now Charlotte recently reported on locations in the works in Mooresville, Winston-Salem, Hickory, Greensboro, Clemmons and Mt. Airy.
7 Brew has 15 existing locations throughout the state. The brand’s menu features coffee, energy drinks, smoothies, shakes and fizzes.
As of now, an opening timeline remains unclear.
