A new era of experiential dining has arrived in Charlotte, and it’s rewriting the rules of Italian cuisine. Fontana Di Vino is now open at 4905 Ashley Park Ln, Charlotte, NC 28210.

Rooted in the philosophy of “traditional innovation,” Fontana Di Vino bridges the elegance of old-world Italy with the creativity of modern gastronomy.

Diners are immersed in an experience. A live mozzarella bar showcases fresh cheeses shaped and plated before your eyes. A signature tableside polenta presentation—creamy, parmesan rich, and theatrically poured—becomes a spectacle of flavor, crowned with savory accompaniments like roasted mushrooms, garlic-laced spinach, and tender meatballs. It’s not just food—it’s performance, pleasure, and memory in the making.

The menu offers house-made pastas, authentic Roman pinsas, and prime steaks in exclusive, precision-cut selections. Ingredients are sourced with care and intention, including rare black truffles from Molise, Italy, flown in to elevate dishes.

Open for dinner Monday-Thursday 4PM-9:30PM, Friday, Saturday, Sunday 4PM-10:30PM and for Lunch & Sunday Supper M-Th-1130-930PM, Fr, Sat- 1130-1030PM and Sunday 12-8PM,
