Another Broken Egg Cafe has a new location on the way to Concord. The popular brunch chain will join the Christenbury Village, taking a 4,500-square-foot space at the development.
Local franchise group FourFiveNine Global is behind the new location. The group just opened its first Another Broken Egg Cafe location in Winston-Salem in March, and the Concord spot will mark their second location.
There are also other North Carolina locations already open for the brand, including spots in Morrisville, Raleigh and Charlotte. The chain now has more than 100 locations.
FourFiveNine Global inked a three-unit deal with Another Broken Egg Cafe, according to a press release last year. The franchise group brings more than 15 years of business ownership and management experience to the table, according to that release.
The Christenbury Village location is slated to open in late 2025 or early 2026, a spokesperson with FourFiveNine Global told What Now Charlotte. They are still in the planning stages for buildout, but customers can expect the usual menu offerings as well as a patio that will offer outdoor dining.
“We felt that it was a prime location because it’s a bustling shopping hub for diners,” the spokesperson told What Now Charlotte. “Also, the owners are local to Concord, so it felt like the right location.”
The menu features Southern-inspired breakfast, lunch and brunch items, including chicken and waffles, shrimp ’n grits, cinnamon roll French toast, omelettes, Bourbon Street pancakes and biscuits and gravy.
“We are most looking forward to offering an elevated, innovative brunch, lunch and breakfast experience in the Concord location,” the spokesperson said.
Eventually, FourFiveNine Global has plans to expand with another location in the Triad.
