The charcuterie joint, Babe & Butcher is setting their sights on launching a second location in mid-September, co-owner Lindsay Anvik confirmed with What Now Charlotte on Thursday in a telephone conversation.
Their currently open location is 301 Camp Rd. The new addition to “hopefully many more” restaurants will be located in the Park Road Shopping Center on 4101 Park Road. Anvik said this location is more centralized and close to a lot of their customer base.
Lindsay revealed the soon to open space will have new offerings. They will be slinging sandwiches along with the same charcuterie boards as their first location.
When asked about the new location and what it will be like in terms of size, Anvik stated the kitchen and dining space will be larger than their original joint.
“It’s a whole new monster,” Lindsay confessed, “but we are so excited to expand and grow.”
Babe & Butcher bills itself as a “build your own box” charcuterie concept that also offers pre-made boards and “custom grazing tables for your next event,” according to its website. “We can handle everything from small backyard parties to large corporate events or weddings.”
