Bossy Beulah’s Chicken Shack is already eyeing future expansion beyond their upcoming opening at The Bowl at Ballantyne this week.
The brand, owned by Jim Noble under the Noble Food and Pursuits umbrella, will have five locations open by the end of the week. However, it has more locations coming.
The next spot will be opening at 3070 Derita Road in Concord in a 2,400-square-foot space beside a Harriet’s Hamburgers location. The two restaurants will share a patio and parking area. This upcoming location is slated to open in early 2025.
However, Noble told the Charlotte Business Journal that he is looking to expand the brand further in the coming years, with a goal for eight locations in the Carolinas.
Bossy Beulah’s first opened at 2200 Freedom Drive in Charlotte and has since expanded to South End, Winston-Salem and Fort Mill, South Carolina. Inspired by Noble’s great aunt Beulah, the chicken spot serves sandwiches, wings, chicken bites and a chicken salad wrap.
Noble Food and Pursuits also features brands like Rooster’s Wood-Fired Kitchen, The King’s Kitchen, Copain Bakery and Provisions, Noble Smoke and The Jimmy.
What Now Charlotte has reached out to Noble for more information on the upcoming location and expansion plans but has yet to hear back. Stay tuned for updates.
