Chef Jim Noble is getting ready to bring his concept, Bossy Beulah’s Chicken Shack, to Fort Mill, located at 314 N. White St.

The company’s fourth location will be nearly 2,300 square feet, with a capacity for about 130 people, according to the Charlotte Business Journal. Customers can expect indoor and outdoor seating, with a partially covered patio. This will be the company’s first location in South Carolina, scheduled to open in mid-Summer 2023. Noble has partnered with the Durban Hospitality Group for this venture, which is responsible for Fly Kid Fly and Harriet’s Hamburgers.

“We think Bossy Beulah’s is the perfect fit for the small but fast-growing town of Fort Mill,” Noble tells Charlotte Business Journal. “The menu and the atmosphere are perfect for families in that area, and the convenient location not far off of Interstate 77 will be an easy stop for commuters and travelers.”

Bossy Beulah’s currently has two locations in Charlotte and one in Winston-Salem, with a new combined concept with Harriet’s Hamburgers coming to Concord sometime next summer. The expansion proves the brand to be popular, despite only being around since 2019. Noble believes the company will likely expand even more moving forward, driven by its quick service and approachable nature.

“The high food quality, exceptional customer service, and casual environment make it the type of place that appeals to all ages and demographics,” he says. “It also requires the smallest footprint of all of our restaurants, which makes it easier to find available space and to upfit.”
