Charlotte Seafood Spot Changes Hands, Will Rebrand

Nick’s Gyros and Seafood at 1600 West Boulevard is under new ownership, according to a recent announcement on the brand’s Instagram page. For now, the restaurant is still open and running as is with the same menu, but it will be transitioning to Fishin Chicken.

Former owner Khalif Muhammad sold the restaurant to some of his friends, according to Charlotte Observer.

The spot is known for fast-casual seafood meals such as tilapia and shrimp, as well as other options like wings.

As of now, it is unclear if the menu will change along with the name when the name does change. However, a timeline for the name transition remains unknown.

What Now Charlotte could not obtain comment from the new ownership prior to the time of publication.
