Created by Noble Food & Pursuits, the reopening is generating plenty of excitement among Charlotte locals. But it isn’t just making a simple return; it is experimenting with two new additions. For the first time, the shack is firing up a flat top grill, debuting two new menu items. Meanwhile, the opening cannot be held without a proper celebration.
