Culinary Dropout, the Fox Restaurant Group concept currently found in three states, is getting ready to make its North Carolina debut in Charlotte, located at 1120 Tryon St., Suite #100.
The company’s newest location will move in the Vantage South End East Tower, according to the company’s website. Founder and CEO Sam Fox initially hoped to open this location in Spring 2023, but there have been a few delays. A representative from the company tells What Now Charlotte there is no exact opening date, but the restaurant will not open this month. This means fans of Culinary Dropout can expect to see the restaurant open in the Summer or Fall of 2023. The company is also opening new locations in Birmingham, AL; Atlanta, GA; and Dallas, TX.
When the restaurant opens later this year, customers can expect cold beers, premium cocktails, and delicious food, all available during a generous happy hour. Some popular menu items include famous soft pretzels with provolone fondue and slow-braised 36-hour pork ribs. The restaurant will also occasionally feature live music, local concerts, games, and plenty of sports on TV. On top of a fun-filled environment and plenty of food and drink options, all Fox Restaurant Concepts give back to this community through volunteering and charitable giving as part of Feed the Soul, the group’s official charity program.
“When we’re not serving up nachos or slingin’ drinks, we strive to make sure we are truly ingrained in the fabric of the rad communities we serve,” according to the restaurant’s website. “Being a part of the neighborhood is important to us, and we are dedicated to showing our support through gift card donations, benefit nights, sponsorships, and more.”
