Local fast-casual Greek chain Ilios Crafted Greek is planning to join the CrossRidge Center in Indian Land.

The new spot is expected to open late next year, according to the Charlotte Business Journal.

This is not the only new location in the works for Ilios Crafted Greek. It also recently announced plans for a spot at Oakhurst Commons, where construction is slated to begin soon.

The concept falls under Xenia Hospitality. Stratos Lambos, CEO of Xenia Hospitality, and his partners Angelo and Frank Kaltsounis first opened Ilios Crafted Greek in South End in 2020. Since then, they have opened two more locations in Stonecrest at Piper Glen and Baxter Village in Fort Mill.

The menu offers authentic Greek food in a fast-casual setting. The menu serves Greek plates, salads, pita sandwiches, hummus and spinach and feta pie. Each restaurant also focuses on Greek color schemes and design, featuring white and blue color schemes and photographs of Greece. The restaurants are also built with open kitchens and patios.

It is expected that these features will be maintained in the upcoming location in Indian Land.

Lambos told the Business Journal that he expects to continue to expand Ilios Crafted Greek to more locations, focusing on markets around the Charlotte area.
