Flower Child, a restaurant from Fox Restaurant Concepts, is opening a new location at The Bowl at Ballantyne, across the street from another recently announced concept, North Italia, on Bowl Street.

Founder Sam Fox will bring his vibrant, good-for-you restaurant to the upcoming development sometime in 2024, according to the press release. These restaurants will join several other previously announced businesses in the 20-acre project, including Olde Mecklenburg Brewery, Drybar, Honeysuckle Gelato, and Rooster’s Wood-Fired Kitchen, at the new mixed-use retail, dining and entertainment district in South Charlotte.

The two Fox Restaurant Concepts coming to the area prove Sam Fox and his culinary visions are greatly desired in Charlotte. On top of the announcement of Flower Child and North Italia, Sam Fox and Fox Restaurant Concepts announced the East Coast debut of Culinary Dropout in Charlotte, opening on October 11th on the ground floor in the East Tower of Vantage South End at 1120 S. Tryon St.

“On the heels of opening our first Culinary Dropout in Charlotte, we are excited to continue growing our footprint in an important city for our brands,” Fox said in a press release. “We’re happy to be adding locations to this energetic project, and Flower Child and North Italia are the perfect complement.”

Other restaurant concepts under the Fox Restaurant Concepts include The Henry, FlyBye, Doughbird, Olive & Ivy, The Greene House, The Arrogant Butcher, Wildflower, and more.
