Downtown Statesville is slated to receive a new breakfast-and-brunch spot from local entrepreneurs. Jason Cole and Andi Chadwick have plans to open Gracie Rae’s at 121 North Center St., Suite 103, according to a social media announcement.

As of now, details regarding the menu and design remain scarce. Cole told What Now Charlotte that the location will likely open in spring 2026. Cole did not disclose further details at this time.

Cole and Chadwick have been part of the restaurant scene in Statesville for more than a decade. They are behind multiple concepts in the area, including Twisted Oak American Bar & Grill and Broad Street Burger. The duo opened The Quarter near Twisted Oak within the past couple years.

Gracie Rae’s will share a building with and sit adjacent to Twisted Oak American Bar & Grill. Other nearby businesses include sister restaurant The Quarter and day spa Just Breathe.
