Harriet’s Hamburgers is lining up a fourth location in Matthews, set to open in early 2025. The exact address of the upcoming location has not yet been announced.

This location comes as a part of Harriet’s Hamburgers’s expansion from its original location in Optimist Hall, which opened in 2020. It is planning to open a second location in The Bowl at Ballantyne on Aug. 20 and will open a Concord location — which is currently under construction — in late 2024.

Harriet’s is a collaboration between The Plaid Penguin, Papi Queso and Durban Group. The spot has become known for its all-natural, premium beef patties as well as its signature sauces, including its simple sauce, dilly ranch and garlic rosemary aioli. It also serves all-natural craft sodas, offers a kid’s menu and serves crispy golden fries as a side to its burgers.

As of now, plans for the new Matthews location have not been released and it is unclear when construction is slated to begin.
