Ilios Crafted Greek is bringing a location to Davidson, according to a recent Instagram announcement. The brand will open at Sadler Square Shopping Center on Griffith Street, co-owner Stratos Lambos shared with What Now Charlotte.
“We are excited to serve the Davidson community and surrounding areas,” Lambos said in a message.
Lambos opened the first Ilios Crafted Greek in South End in 2020 with his partners Angelo and Frank Kaltsounis. The fast-casual Greek restaurant has existing locations in South End, Baxter Village, Oakhurst and Stonecrest at Piper Glen.
The menu features Greek plates, salads, pita sandwiches, hummus and spinach and feta pie. Each restaurant also focuses on Greek color schemes and design.
The Instagram announcement displayed signage going up at Sadler Square for the brand. An exact opening timeline for the Davidson location is unclear at this time. Lambos did not provide further details regarding the opening timeline.
