Burger-and-shake brand Jaggers is planning a new drive-thru restaurant at 985 Concord Pkwy S., according to recently filed permits. The space was formerly a Chick-fil-A drive-thru.

Jaggers, a brand under the Texas Roadhouse umbrella, launched in 2014 with a location in Indiana. Existing North Carolina locations include spots in Fayetteville, Greenville and Jacksonville. What Now Charlotte also reported on a planned location heading to Raleigh.

The menu at Jaggers features burgers such as the bacon avocado burger and the green chile cheeseburger; crispy fried chicken and grilled chicken sandwiches; salad options; and a variety of milkshakes such as the chocolate chip cookie shake and the banana split shake.

Parent brand Texas Roadhouse began in 1993 in Indiana. The classic American steakhouse has hundreds of locations across the U.S. Texas Roadhouse also offers Bubba’s, a brand centered around menu items such as burgers, pizzas and wings.
