Charlotte-based pizza brand King of Fire is planning a new location in Indian Land, according to an announcement on their social media. It will open in a 3,484-square-foot space at CrossRidge Center. Expected to open in summer 2026, this will be the second brick-and-mortar location for the brand.
Award-winning pizza maker Siler Chapman launched King of Fire as a food truck in 2018 and later opened a brick-and-mortar restaurant in Uptown. King of Fire also now has a fleet of seven wood-fired food trucks.
The menu features a variety of pizzas, ranging from classic margherita to specialty pizzas like The Fiesta (with red sauce, grilled chicken, cherry tomatoes, jalapeños, cheddar cheese, fiesta spice and a cilantro lime crema) and Honey Pie (with crushed red peppers, pepperoni and honey).
“To say we are passionate about pizza, well that would be an understatement,” the King of Fire website states. “From the first knead to the last toss to the sky, every pie we serve is made with care and skills that defy the laws of gravity… literally.”
The Indian Land location is not the only expansion in the works for the brand. They are also expanding their reach into the Greenville, Spartanburg and Clemson area with mobile food offerings. Those options are expected to roll out in spring 2026.
Moving forward, King of Fire is seeking franchisees as the brand continues to grow, according to their social media announcement.
