Main Street Coffee & Coworking is working on opening a new location in Ballantyne at 14825 Ballantyne Village Way, Suite A135.

The company’s newest location will move into the Ballantyne Shopping Center later this year. Co-owner Sean Flynn tells What Now Charlotte the space is currently under construction and is expected to open in October 2023. He and Kalea Flynn have opened four LKN locations, including Huntersville, Cornelius, Denver, and Mooresville. The couple also has a few locations under a different brand, Coffee Republic, in the Washington D.C. area, making this their eighth coffee shop.

While the new Ballantyne location will be similar to its other locations in terms of offerings, the new site features a 25-foot high ceiling, allowing the company to offer mezzanine seating. Another difference customers can expect is the offering of beer and wine for the first time. Main Street Coffee will continue to provide delicious coffee from Disco Coffee Roaster, also owned by the Flynns. On top of the delicious coffee and various treats, the company takes pride in offering events and a distraction-free coworking space.

“Main Street Craft Coffee is run by a team of people who are dedicated to coffee,” according to the company’s website. “Our highly skilled baristas take great pride in what we produce, how we serve, and how we can bring positive vibes to customers. Not only they can make very nice latte art to cheer up your day, but you can also get whatever flavors you are craving. It’s our mission to make sure that you’ll start your day with a perfect cup of coffee!”
