Major chain Whataburger has yet another location in the works. Just recently, building permits revealed that the chain was planning construction on a Greensboro location. Now, another location in Greensboro appears to be in the works, according to the Triad Business Journal.

It will take over the spot that was previously home to Steak ‘n Shake at 4409 W Wendover Ave.

Plans indicate that the company will demolish the site to make way for a 3,305-square-foot building. This is the fifth location that appears to be in the works for the chain in the Triad region. Plans now include two Greensboro locations, one Kernersville location, one High Point location and one in Mebane.

The company is in the early stages of development for all the Triad locations, but it appears that they might begin opening as early as late next year.
